Photo Analysis #1 This picture struck me right away because of the shark. Sharks have always frightened and interested me. After seeing the shark I noticed that the young girl in the photo is wearing a wonderwoman costume. The bright red cape and gold crown really stand out against the clear blue water and the white shark. Since the water is verylight and clear - like a pool - any other color stands out. I also really liked that the picture is set underwater. You wouldn’t expect to find a girl in a wonderwoman costume swimming around with a shark and that made the photo all the more interesting to me. The presence of wonerwoman - even if it is just a young girl - immediately eases the fear felt by the shark because superheros are associated with safety and power.
